Prior to joining Walters & Associates, Marika spent 17 years working with a CPA firm, where she developed extensive experience coordinating client communications, managing administrative processes, and helping ensure a seamless client experience. Her background in the accounting industry allows her to understand the unique needs of clients and the importance of responsive, detail-oriented service.
As a Client Excellence Coordinator, Marika serves as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with onboarding, scheduling, document coordination, and ongoing client support. She is passionate about building strong relationships and helping clients feel confident and supported throughout their engagement with the firm.
